For our music video, as a group, we listening to numerous songs to see if what we had in mind to create our music video had fit in with the pace of the song we wanted and whether the song seemed happy and playful. We had many songs which we could've chosen but managed to narrow it down to only 5 songs to make it easier for us. The songs we had in mind to make our music video on were:

Jamie T - Sheila
Jamie T - Sticks n Stones
Rat Boy - Sportswear
Cosmo Pike - Chronic Sunshine
After thinking hard, we had decided to choose Jamie T - Sticks n Stones due to the pace of the song. As we are using band members outside of our group, we had to consider what would be easy for them to sing as well as choosing a song which would be upbeat.

Band name and biography
As a group, we had decided to call our band Bathtub Shouting. We had chosen this name as within the Indie genre, it can be informal. Examples of other bands with fun band names are King Gizard and The Lizard Wizard which are seen as an Indie genre band. Other examples are Dish Rags and Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti. From researching other band names, we thought collectively that we should call our band name something 'outside of the box' as it would attract people's attention to watch our music video. Below is the band's biography:

About: The band originated in 2017 in Leicester but all individually were interacted in the music industry in 2010. The band came together as they all knew each other from a young age growing up with each other but weren't friends until they were put in an environment where they had to play in a band together and realised that they were better than they imagined working together.

Audience market research
UK Tribes
Our audience are classed as stylers and scenestars due to our genre of music and how we perform in front of the camera. I believe that our stylers would be suited to our band, Bathtub Shouting, because they are a young, trendy band who play music which is within a popular genre of music. In addition, I believe that our audience is aimed at scenestars. With our music band having a wide target audience, our band will be popular due to the music we create fits in well with the genre. Our target market is males and females aged between 15-20.
Stylers definition:
"Stylers hold strong on the UK Tribes map – innately cool and stylish, the rising influence of Urban fashion and music have made them a hugely aspirational Tribe for youth today. As luxe sportswear and Urban high fashion has hit the Aspirants (check out the Hypebeasts), more young people than ever before are looking like a Styler and aspiring to their luxury lifestyle."

"Setting themselves apart by creating new trends by co-opting fashion and music from accross the Tribal map and blending it with their own individual attitudes. Ever difficult to pin down, they move at lightning speed through youth culture – moving onto whats ‘next’ before it has a chance to become ‘now’."

Plan for the week - Week 7 (4th September - 10th September)
For this plan for the week, I aim to research my audience to see what they enjoy listening to and what genre is their favourite. In addition, I will aim to make a band name and biography for my band in order for the audience to know more information about the band to make the audience feel as if they have a closer relationship to the band. If I have time, I will aim to complete the potential songs whihc we will chose from to make our music video around. As we have already filmed footage and got a song in mind which we want to use for the video, we will take the other songs in to consideration but may not use them as we already have footage for the song which we believe will work best for the video which we want to complete.

End of the week summary - Week 6 (28th August - 3rd September)
During this week, I was able to complete the tasks which I had set out to do. However, I wanted to complete additional tasks as well as the ones I had set out to do but wasn't able to so I will have to do them within the next plan for the week.
